Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations or no shows within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking a reservation.
Gift Cards - An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift cards are available at our store. Gift cards are non refundable.
Advance Bookings - We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time, specific preference, and service is available. A credit card is require while booking an appointment. If you are using a voucher, please have the voucher number available as well.
Spa Etiquette - Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity.
Spa Arrival - We recommend that you arrive at Enliven at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late Policy - Please call the spa as soon as possible if you are running late to your appointment. If you are running late you may still come in for your appointment, but the service may be shortened to accommodate the remainder of the time frame in which it was booked for. If you choose not to receive the service because you are running late, it will be considered a cancellation without 24 hour notice.
Health Conditions - Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or treatments when making your appointment.
Pregnancy - We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters. Please allow Enliven staff to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Loss or Damage - We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep check all your belongings before you leave your treatment room.
